Job summary

BHP in Australia is seeking a Specialist HR Business Partner to act as the primary people partner for Western Australia leaders, delivering practical HR support to build safe, productive and engaged teams on a FIFO Perth roster.

You will partner with asset leaders, oversee performance, conduct, attendance, grievances, talent, succession, workforce planning, inclusion and leadership capability, while coaching line leaders and driving inclusion, diversity and workforce planning to enhance asset

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and investigations.
• Talent management and succession planning experience.
• Workforce planning and inclusion/diversity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR business partnering support to WA Managers and Superintendents.
• Coach and support line leaders to manage performance, conduct and attendance matters.
• Partner with leaders on talent, succession and development planning to build capability.
• Provide leadership coaching and capability building to create safe, inclusive and engaged teams.
• Support workforce planning and inclusion and diversity activities.
