Interface, a global sustainability and flooring leader, is seeking a Perth-based Customer Service Representative. You will manage orders, credits, and communications with clients to ensure timely delivery and accurate processing in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service or sales-support experience, familiarity with ERP systems like JDE or SAP is a plus, and you will enjoy coordinating with internal teams to optimise stock, deliveries and invoicing while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support within a fast-paced environment.
• ERP experience (JDE or SAP) is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and credits accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate stock procurement and deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Maintain proactive customer communication through the CRM and phone.
• Support sales and cash flow by optimising order management and invoicing.
• Ensure deliveries are on schedule and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct daily checks in line with audit requirements.
