Job summary

Based in Perth, this role drives exceptional customer service, accurate order processing and proactive relationship management with a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will manage pre- and post-order activities, leveraging ERP tools and CRM to ensure on-time deliveries, while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service, order management or sales support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE or SAP is an advantage (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, credits, stock procurement and deliveries to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate with customers via CRM and phone.
• Boost sales and cash flow through proactive order management.
• Negotiate storage, fees, and invoicing with customers.
• Inform customers promptly about delays and issue resolution.
• Conduct daily checks in line with audit requirements.
• Develop rapport with customers.
