Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker to deliver compassionate care that enhances residents' dignity and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and documentation, working closely with nurses and the care team.

The role requires Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, a caring attitude, and strong communication. Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening may be required. Equal opportunity employer.

Maternity leave cover - Monday, Thursday & Friday 07:00 - 15:00 till 30/4/2027

About The Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
