Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing across NSW’s Central Coast.

You will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and documentation in a part-time or casual capacity, working with a dedicated care team in a friendly, supportive environment. Above award rates apply, with shift penalties where applicable.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

About The Role
