Job summary

Arcare Aged Care in Victoria is looking for Personal Support Workers for permanent part-time roles with AM and PM shifts. You will deliver high-quality personal, emotional and social care to residents, helping with daily activities to enhance dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care.
• Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Assist residents with meals and dietary needs.
• Monitor and report health or behaviour changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and work with the care team.

About The Role

As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
