Job summary

Estia Health in Adelaide is seeking compassionate carers to join our dedicated aged care teams. You’ll assist residents with daily life, support those with challenging needs, and help keep bodies and minds active while maintaining privacy and dignity.

We value great communication, teamwork and solid documentation skills. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred; time in care roles is welcomed. We offer a supportive, inclusive workplace with benefits that support you and your family.

Qualifications

• People-focused role caring for residents in aged care.
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care required or time spent in similar care roles.
• Strong documentation and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and meals to ensure comfort and wellbeing.
• Support residents with challenging needs and maintain dignity.
• Monitor health and assist with treatments as directed by staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
