Job summary

Estia Health is seeking dedicated caregivers to enrich the lives of residents across our aged care communities. You will support daily living, assist with activities, and work closely with a caring team to promote wellbeing and safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life to ensure residents feel heard and comfortable.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active through activities.
• Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments as directed.
• Be a friendly, supportive presence for residents.
• Respect each resident's privacy and dignity at all times.
