Estia Health in Victoria is seeking a caring Aged Care Assistant to support residents with daily activities, nutrition, and wellbeing. You will work with a team to assist residents with challenging needs and maintain their comfort and safety in a respectful, dignified environment.

The role requires a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, hands-on caregiver experience, and solid documentation/computer skills. We value empathy, teamwork and clear communication in delivering quality care.
