Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities on the Gold Coast is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents with daily living, activities and wellbeing in a compassionate, client–centred approach. The role focuses on high quality personal care, mobility support, and engaging residents while maintaining independence and dignity.

A Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing and Australian work rights are required.

Qualificações

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)

• To provide high quality, safe, and timely personal care; assisting with daily living activities according to residents' needs.
• Support and care for residents as they age, helping maintain independence and dignity.
• Assist residents with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

The Role

As aPersonal Care Workeryou’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:

• To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

• Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.

• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

• Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.

• Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
