Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group in Bowen, QLD is seeking dedicated care staff to provide high quality personal care and support daily living activities for residents in Cunningham Villas.

You will assist with mobility, safe transfers, and complete required documentation while upholding dignity, independence and consumer-focused care. Training and career progression available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate).
• National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care.
• Assist with daily living according to residents' needs.
• Support residents to age with independence and dignity.
• Assist with self-care, safe mobility/transfers, and documentation.
• Ensure consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

The Role

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care.
• Assist with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
• Support and care for residents as they age and assist them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
• Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

About this location

Bolton Clarke’s Cunningham Villas community provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, tropical residential environment, located in the coastal town of Bowen in the Whitsundays.

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Prior to commencement, complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
