Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents in Bundaberg. The role focuses on high-quality, compassionate personal care and assisting residents with activities of daily living, mobility and independence.

You will work within a supportive, not-for-profit aged care environment with opportunities for career progression. Applicants should have Certificate III in IS&Ageing and be prepared to complete required checks.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe and timely personal care to residents.
• Support residents to maintain independence and live with dignity.
• Assist with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
• Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
• Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
