Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents with high-quality, safe personal care focused on wellbeing and independence. You will assist with daily living, mobility, and documentation in a resident-centred environment.

The role emphasizes dignity, choice, and a team-based approach, with career progression opportunities in nursing or leadership within Bolton Clarke's aged care facilities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assist with daily living according to residents' individual needs.
• Support and care for residents to maintain independence, dignity, self-determination and comfort.
• Assist residents with self-care, mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
