Qualifications

• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Worker Check

The Role

As aPersonal Care Worker,you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

Located in the coastal town of Bowen in the Whitsundays, Bolton Clarke's Cunningham Villas provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, tropical residential environment.

The key focus of the role will be to:

To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.

Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful, you will have:

Experience in Aged Care highly regarded

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
