Job summary

Respect is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our Residential Aged Care team in Gunnedah, NSW. This casual role covers morning, afternoon and overnight shifts, delivering daily living support and person-centered care to residents in a safe, respectful environment.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, providing compassionate care under supervision while maintaining high standards of safety, dignity and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Genuine interest in aged care
• Well-developed customer service skills
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility for shift work
• Current National Police Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Location: Gunnedah, New South Wales
Employment Type: Casual | morning, afternoon, overnight shifts available
Remuneration:$36.23 per hour + penalties + super
