Respect is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join the Kolora Residential Aged Care team in Guyra, NSW. Casual roles with morning, afternoon and overnight shifts available, compensation $36.23 per hour plus penalties and super.

You will support residents with personal care and daily living, working with a supportive clinical team. Applicants should have Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), strong communication, and a genuine commitment to high-quality, compassionate aged care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and manage varied workloads.

About the Role:

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our Residential Aged Care team, Kolora in Guyra. This role supports residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day support in a caring aged care environment.

You will work as part of a supportive care team, providing assistance under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.
