Job summary

Respect Group Limited in regional NSW is seeking compassionate Casual Personal Care Assistants to join a supportive rural aged care home. You will deliver person-centred care and help residents with daily activities.

You’ll provide personal care, mobility support, meals, hydration, and maintain accurate care plans, while building relationships with residents and families. The role offers training and a friendly team with career development in aged care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar role (desirable).
• Passion for caring for older people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work across a variety of shifts.
• Understanding of person-centred care.
• National Police Check and relevant vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Casual Personal Care Assistants to join our team in a supportive rural aged care home. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents.

No two days are the same! As Personal Care Assistant, you will:
