Job summary

Respect is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for our Residential Aged Care facility in Gunnedah, NSW. The role involves assisting residents with personal care, daily living needs, and providing meaningful day-to-day support within a supportive team. Shifts are casual (morning, afternoon, overnight) and located in Gunnedah.

You will work with guidance from the senior clinical team to ensure residents feel safe, valued and truly at home in a not-for-profit aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Genuine interest in working in aged care.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility for shift work.
• Current National Police Certificate (or willing to get).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get).
