Job summary

Respect is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for Inverell's Residential Aged Care team. The role involves assisting residents with personal care, daily living needs, and meaningful day-to-day support in a supportive aged care environment.

You will work with a caring team under the guidance of the senior clinical staff, with casual morning, afternoon and overnight shifts available. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in working in aged care.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility for shift work.
• Current National Police Certificate or willingness to get.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to get.
