Qualifications

  • Driver's licence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's emails, correspondence, and daily communications.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings and invitations.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings and other commitments.
  • Follow up outstanding matters and ensure tasks are completed.
  • Attend to requests from the Director and staff as required.
  • Manage both business and personal tasks for the Director as directed.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director on daily activities, priorities and outstanding matters.
  • Assist with general administration and operational requirements across the business.
  • Identify issues and opportunities and take initiative to resolve matters where appropriate.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and capable Personal Assistant to the

Director to join our business.

This is an all-rounder role suited to someone who is confident managing a busy schedule,

communicating with clients and staff, coordinating daily operations, and taking ownership of

tasks from start to finish.

Experience or knowledge within the mechanical, air conditioning and/or building

industry would be highly regarded.

About the role

Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative, operational and personal tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The role is not limited to the tasks above and will involve a broad range of responsibilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's emails, correspondence and daily communications

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong with time management and attention to detail

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role is preferred

Strong computer and administration skills
