Job summary

The City of Ballarat is inviting applications for the Compliance - Activities And Events Officer role within the Regulatory Services team. The position focuses on assessing Local Law permit applications, investigating complaints and enquiries, and ensuring accurate permit administration with a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Undertake activities to meet Compliance responsibilities.
• Support Local Law permit applications and compliance tasks.
• Assess, administer and investigate permit applications under regulatory framework.
• Provide customer service by responding to enquiries relating to Local Law permits.
• Receive, review, approve and prepare Local Law applications and permits.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assess and facilitate permit applications.
