Qualifications

• OSHC experience in a leadership or coordination role.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Food Handling Certificate.
• Gekko Child Safety Training.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators to deliver quality OSHC programs.
• Deliver engaging activities aligned with child-centred frameworks.
• Manage daily operations and administrative tasks of the service.
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
• Act as Responsible Person and Nominated Supervisor when required.
• Foster relationships with families, schools and the community.
