Job summary

Coomera Anglican College on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service and to support high-quality care and engaging programs for children. You will collaborate with management, the Approved Provider and the Nominated Supervisor to provide strong leadership and continuous improvement.

The role requires demonstrated OSHC/education leadership, knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting a diverse OSHC/education team.
• Sound knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
• Understanding of OSHC Learning Framework - My Time Our Place.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the College.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the OSHC team to provide high-quality care and education.
• Oversee day-to-day operation and administration of the OSHC service.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Lead Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee enrolments, CCS administration, records, fees and other service admin.
• Promote child safety, supervision, wellbeing and risk management practices.
• Support delivery of engaging programs reflecting children's needs and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, staff and the community.
