Job summary

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay invites an OSHC Coordinator to lead a dynamic service for children, families and educators. You will manage daily operations, ensure high-quality programs, and mentor a team in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with National Regulations and Standards, and partnerships with families and schools to deliver meaningful experiences within a Not-for-Profit setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC services or similar
• Current WWCC essential
• Food Handling Certificate required
• Gekko Child Safety Training preferred
• First Aid/CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of educators
• Deliver engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place Framework
• Manage daily operations and administration of the service
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations and National Quality Standards
• Act as Responsible Person and Nominated Supervisor when required
• Build positive relationships with families, children, schools and stakeholders
• Foster safety, inclusion and continuous improvement
