Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton – St Francis Catholic Primary School, Tannum Sands, is hiring an OSHC Coordinator. The role covers before and after school care and vacation care on a full-time basis, with an emphasis on administration and programming.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) or be willing to obtain it, have WWCC clearance, and complete required safety training. A supportive team and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• WWCC required or eligibility for a Suitability Notice.
• Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Completion of Child Safety Training and National Crime Check requirements.
• First Aid CPR and Anaphylaxis & Asthma training (ACECQA approved).
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate before/after and vacation care (38 hpw).
• Manage OSHC administration and programming.
• Liaise with Principal, Early Learning & Care Manager and OSHC Consultants.
• Support students and families and OSHC staff.
