Are you an experienced OSHC professional ready to take the next step into a rewarding leadership role? Or perhaps you're already coordinating a service and looking for a supportive organisation where you can truly make an impact?
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused OSHC Coordinator to lead our vibrant service and create meaningful experiences for children, families and educators.
As the Coordinator, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while creating a welcoming, engaging and inclusive environment where children can learn, play and thrive.
You’ll lead a team of educators, maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and build positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
At CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay, we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and hold this at the centre of our decision making and practice. We believe in the principle of paramountcy of the safety of children. This means that the safety, wellbeing, and best interests of the child are the primary consideration in all decisions, actions, and practices. Where there is a conflict between the interests of a child and those of adults or the organisation, the child’s safety and wellbeing will always come first.
We strongly encourage First Nations people to apply. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, genders, faiths and diversity.
