Journey Early Learning Careers is seeking a warm, reliable Early Childhood Educator for our Epsom team in a permanent part‑time role.

You’ll support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development through engaging play‑based experiences while collaborating with a supportive team and families.

Qualifications

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• National Child Safety Training and Victorian Child Protection Training completed.
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificates.
• Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing and development.
• Positive communicator and team player.
• Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF.

Monday to Friday | Up to 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Epsom team in a permanent part‑time role. In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious, and supported to grow, while building strong relationships with children and families and contributing to high‑quality outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities
