Journey Bendigo South is seeking a passionate Permanent Educator to join our Bendigo South centre. You’ll help create a warm, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

You’ll work with your team and Centre Leadership to deliver high-quality early learning experiences, supported to grow your practice in a positive, values-led workplace.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification in early childhood education is required.
• Passionate about early development and secure attachments.
• Strong communicator thriving in a collaborative team.
• Confident in active supervision and safe environments.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certs are required.
• Warm, patient, and committed to high-quality practice.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines across the service.
• Provide warm, responsive, child-led care.
• Create sensory-rich, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Observe and document children’s strengths, interests and development.
• Maintain high health, hygiene and safety standards.

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Permanent Educator to join our Bendigo South centre. In this role, you’ll help create a warm, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. As part of the Journey family, you’ll work collaboratively with your team and Centre Leadership to deliver high‑quality early learning experiences.
