Journey Early Learning Fernvale is seeking a Permanent Educator to support children’s learning through play-based experiences in a warm, community-focused centre. You will build meaningful relationships with children and families, contribute to daily routines and learning experiences, and work alongside a supportive team.

This is a permanent part-time role across Monday to Friday, offering opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development within Journey Academy and leadership support.

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, dedicated and reliable Permanent Educator to join our team at Journey Early Learning Fernvale.

In this role, you'll support children across their learning and development, creating engaging, play-based experiences where they can build confidence, explore their interests and feel a strong sense of belonging.

You'll build meaningful relationships with children and families, contribute to daily routines and learning experiences, and work alongside a supportive team within our close-knit, community-focused centre.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, across Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Completed National Child Safety Training
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Warm, caring and relationship-focused approach
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
