Job summary

Journey Early Learning Echuca is seeking a Permanent Educator to support children's learning and wellbeing through engaging, play-based experiences. You’ll work with a supportive team to create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident and encouraged to explore.

You’ll build strong relationships, support daily routines, and contribute to a high‑quality learning environment. Observations and documentation will be part of your collaborative role to maintain health, safety

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Completion of National Child Safety Training and Victorian Child Protection Training
• First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and team‑focused
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Monday to Friday | 5 days per week

About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you’ll support children’s learning and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore.

You’ll play an important role in building strong relationships, supporting daily routines, and contributing to a consistent, high‑quality learning environment.

About You
