Job summary

Journey Early Learning in Epsom (Bendigo region) is seeking a Permanent Educator for a part-time role, Monday to Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week. You’ll support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play‑based experiences within a warm, collaborative team.

The role requires an ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma, plus National Child Safety Training and Victorian Child Protection Training.

Qualifications

• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training.
• Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates.

Responsibilities

• Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Assist with observations and documentation.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Epsom team in a permanent part‑time role. In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious, and supported to grow, while building strong relationships with children and families and contributing to high‑quality outcomes for every child.
