Job summary

Journey Early Learning Echuca is seeking a Permanent Educator to support children’s learning and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences. You’ll work within a calm, nurturing environment, collaborating with a supportive team to ensure children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.

Role requires Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, National Child Safety Training and Victorian Child Protection Training, and current First Aid/Anaphylaxis where

Permanent Educator | Echuca
Monday to Friday | 5 days per week

About the Role

As a Permanent Educator, you’ll support children’s learning and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to explore.

• Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Assist with observations and documentation
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
• Warm, caring, and approachable nature
• Reliable and team‑focused
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
