Job summary

Journey Early Learning Durack Heights is seeking a warm, reliable Early Childhood Educator for the 2–3 year old room. This permanent part-time role offers up to 37.5 hours per week in a supportive team focused on guiding children's learning through play-based experiences aligned with the EYLF.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• National Child Safety Training must be completed.

Permanent Part‑Time | Up to 37.5 Hours Per Week

About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Durack Heights team in our 2–3 year old room.

In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team. You'll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious, and supported to grow as they build independence, develop social skills, and explore the world around them.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who enjoys building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to high‑quality outcomes for every child.

Key Responsibilities
