Job summary

Journey Early Learning Group in Darwin's Durack Heights is seeking a warm, reliable Early Childhood Educator to join our permanent Float team. You will support learning, development and wellbeing across all age groups, delivering engaging, play-based experiences aligned with EYLF, and building strong relationships with children and families.

In a collaborative centre, you’ll contribute to observations, documentation, and reflective practice while upholding health, safety and safeguarding

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training.
• Confident supporting children across multiple age groups.
• Positive, reliable, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with Storypark or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Assist with daily routines and transitions throughout the centre
