Brasserie Bread in Molendinar, Gold Coast QLD, is looking for a skilled Baker to join our production team for a permanent full-time role. You will produce artisan sourdough, sandwich breads, rolls and specialty baked goods for retail and foodservice across Australia.

Whether formally qualified or with hands-on experience, you’ll contribute to daily production, ensure quality and safety, and work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Certificate III in Baking (highly regarded).
• Previous experience working in a commercial bakery or production environment.
• Strong technical baking skills and knowledge of dough preparation.
• Experience operating commercial baking equipment, including mixers, ovens and proofers.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A genuine passion for baking and producing quality products.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Mixing, preparing and shaping dough.
• Producing a range of artisan breads and baked goods to specification.
• Operating commercial mixers, deck ovens, proofers and other baking equipment.
• Monitoring proofing, baking and cooling processes.
• Maintaining product quality, consistency and presentation.
• Following food safety, hygiene and quality requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production environment.
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets.
