Baked in Berrima in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Baker to join their team. This role focuses on producing high-quality artisan breads and bakery products while upholding strict standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.

You will mix, knead, ferment and bake, monitor dough quality, operate commercial bakery equipment safely and collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets. Previous experience in a high-volume bakery is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
• Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes and specifications.
• Monitor dough quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency and product quality.
• Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards and production specifications.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in minimising product waste.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets and requirements.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment, utensils and work areas.
