Northside Psychology seeks a friendly and organised Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for clients across Belconnen and Gungahlin clinics. The role supports day-to-day operations and helps clinicians deliver outstanding care in a growing mental health practice.

The successful candidate will have experience in medical/mental health settings, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in medical/allied health or mental health settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with computer systems and admin software.
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding client care.
• Current Working with Vulnerable People Card (or ability to obtain).
• Current National Police Clearance and Driver's Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of Medicare claiming and rebate processes.

Aufgaben

• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, empathy and warmth.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails and appointment enquiries.
• Coordinate client bookings, schedules and clinician diaries.
• Process invoices, payments and Medicare rebates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Provide administrative support to clinicians and the operations team.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the practice.
