Job summary

Candii is an established Australian-owned freight forwarder seeking a motivated freight professional to manage end-to-end import and export operations from Perth.

You will coordinate shipments, liaise with shipping lines and warehouses, track cargo movements, and prepare essential documentation while supporting client needs. This role offers hands-on training, career development, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking candidates with import/export operations or freight forwarding experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and superior organisational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Australian Citizenship, PR or NZ Citizenship is required.
• Forklift ticket is highly desirable.

About the Role:
A newly created opportunity now exists for a motivated freight professional to support and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations.
You will work closely with the Manager and a team across:

• Coordinating import and export shipments from origin to destination
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transport operators and warehouses
• Track cargo movements and provide proactive updates to clients
• Prepare and maintain shipping, transport and logistics documentation
• Manage bookings and scheduling arrangements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in Import/Export Operations or Freight Forwarding (must have)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics software
