Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a creative Content Creator to manage paid and organic social content across Meta and TikTok, while growing an affiliate program and UGC pipeline. You will own the content strategy and production for a growing Australian retail brand.

Bring 3+ years of content creation or creator marketing experience, strong editing skills, and a knack for testing new creative angles to drive sales. This role centers on hands-on video work and cross-channel collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in content creation, social media or creator marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid social creative and what makes content convert.
• Hands-on video editing skills using CapCut, Edits or similar.
• Experience using Canva to create engaging social assets.
• An understanding of Meta and TikTok performance metrics, creative testing and content optimisation.
• Experience with affiliate or influencer platforms.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest business tools.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing paid social content for Meta and TikTok, developing hooks, scripts and creative angles that drive engagement and conversions.
• Concept, film and edit short-form video for paid and organic campaigns
• Test and optimise creative by reviewing performance metrics, identifying what works and applying insights to future content.
• Manage the affiliate program day to day
• Own the organic social calendar, planning content around product launches, campaigns and key trading periods.
• Bring content to life by combining creator assets, studio photography and video.
