Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across performance creative, copywriting, video production, or content creation with strong paid social focus.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs and insights into distinctive paid social concepts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Write hooks, scripts, static copy, carousels and longer-form video content.
• Plan and direct self-directed shoots for UGC-style, creator-led and DTC content.
• Edit and iterate high volumes of short-form video with pacing, captions and storytelling.
• Review creative performance and form hypotheses for next rounds.
• Remix existing creative to improve performance.
• Partner with strategists, marketers and media partners to ensure alignment with goals.
• Share learnings to raise the creative bar and build repeatable playbooks.
