Active Truth Pty in Brisbane is seeking a Content Creator (performance and organic) & Affiliate Coordinator to lead ad content for Meta and TikTok, and to manage our affiliate creator network and UGC flow. You’ll script, shoot, edit using CapCut, and align content with product drops.

Competenze

• Experience creating paid social content and understanding ad metrics.
• 1–3 years in content marketing or creator roles for fashion/retail.
• Video editing skills with self-produced TikToks/Reels.
• Experience with CapCut and Canva.
• Experience with Shopify Collabs.
• Knowledge of native business suites for TikTok/IG/FB/Pinterest.
• Understanding influencer deliverables and affiliate commissions.

• Ideate and create ad content for Meta and TikTok that converts, tailoring hooks, scripts and messaging to speak to each customer segment.
• Write scroll-stopping hooks and test multiple angles per product, tailoring messaging to each customer segment and their objections.
• Concept, script, film, and edit using CapCut (or similar) native short-form video content.
• Review organic and paid content performance weekly to understand what's working and why, then use the results to refine and iterate on future content.
• Lead the day to day management of the affiliate program, onboarding creators to keep a fresh pipeline of UGC content flowing into the business.
• Own the organic social media calendar, ensuring content schedules align with product drops and launch cycles.
• Curate and remix professional studio content alongside creator assets to tell stories across feeds.
