UMENCO is recruiting a Content Creator for TikTok for a contemporary womenswear brand that leads the Australian fashion landscape. The role focuses on building the brand’s presence on TikTok with authentic, platform-first content that feels consistent with the brand.

You will own the content process from ideation through to execution, shooting and editing TikTok-first videos at pace, and translating campaigns into compelling formats that engage audiences.

UMENCO is recruiting a Content Creator fro TikTok for a contemporary womenswear brand who are a leader in the Australian fashion landscape.

This role offers the opportunity to build and grow the brand’s presence on TikTok through consistent, platform-first content that feels authentic, engaging and distinctively reflective of the brand. The Content Creator will develop and evolve the brand’s TikTok strategy, establishing clear content pillars, formats and recurring series that build audience engagement, strengthen brand awareness and support commercial objectives.

The Content Creator will take ownership of the content process from ideation through to execution, independently planning, shooting, editing and delivering TikTok-first content at pace. With a strong eye for fashion, styling and visual storytelling, the successful talent will confidently bring products, styling ideas and brand stories to life both behind and in front of the camera, creating content that feels natural to the platform while remaining considered and aligned with the brand.

Working closely with the Creative and Brand teams, the Content Creator will translate campaigns, shoots, activations and broader brand narratives into compelling TikTok culture, emerging formats and relevant trends, identifying opportunities to engage the brand’s community while balancing the platform’s authentic, lo-fi nature with the brand’s visual identity and commercial priorities.

The successful talent will be a highly creative and digitally fluent content creator with a strong understanding of TikTok and demonstrate experience driving engagements and follower growth. The Content Creator will be confident shooting and editing short-form video independently, comfortable moving quickly from concept to execution and bring a strong fashion and styling sensibility. The Content Creator will bring curiosity, initiative and a genuine understanding of what makes content resonate on TikTok.
