Job summary

Arabanoo Before and After School Care is seeking a People Support Coordinator to join our team in Balgowlah Heights, NSW. This part-time role focuses on keeping a positive workplace environment, supporting a team of about 30 staff, and ensuring staff have the resources and guidance needed to deliver quality care.

You will manage recruitment processes, onboarding, training coordination and HR documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
• Ability to manage a team of ~30 people with empathy and professionalism.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support, including recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
