Job summary

Arabanoo Before and After School Care – Balgowlah Heights NSW is seeking an Education Leader and Inclusion Support Coordinator to drive MTOP-based programming, inclusion support, and educational leadership across two centres. You will mentor Educators, liaise with schools, and balance floor presence with leadership duties.

The role is delivered as full-time with flexibility to 30–38 hours per week, focusing on planning, documentation, and staff development while supporting children’s wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Approved teaching qualification and demonstrated leadership experience in OSHC or early childhood education
• Strong MTOP knowledge and QA1 familiarity
• Experience leading programming and pedagogical practice
• Experience coaching Educators and conducting performance conversations
• Experience supporting children with additional needs and Inclusion Support Funding processes
• Excellent communication skills for family engagement and school liaison
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Collaborative approach balancing floor work and leadership duties
