Job summary

Possability Group are now part of the Independence Australia Group. We are seeking a People Support Coordinator to join our People Team based out of Melbourne or Newcastle, with hybrid working options.

You will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders while maintaining HR compliance, systems administration, and employee lifecycle processes. As the go-to person for HR support, you will handle enquiries, maintain records, generate contracts, support onboarding, and coordinate compliance

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and employment lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and people systems.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We're looking for a People Support Coordinator to join our People Team based out of our Melbourne or Newcastle offices.
