Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline or working towards obtaining.
• Experience in a busy HR team, providing generalist advice, support and administrative services.
• Solid experience providing generalist advice, support and administrative services at officer level.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining good working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Act as a first point of contact for staff and leaders on employee lifecycle requests and transactions.
• Provide information and guidance to staff and leaders on employee lifecycle policies, processes and system functionality.
• Process employment changes, new starter engagements, contract extensions and other HR transactions.
• Coordinate and maintain roster changes and ensure accurate employee work pattern data in HR systems.
• Provide advice and interpretation on employee allowance provisions and respond to enquiries.
