Meltwater is seeking an HR Manager to lead hands‑on execution and strategic planning for Australia, aligning people strategy with business objectives. You will partner with management to deliver proactive HR services and champion our culture and values across the region.

The role involves collaborating with Legal, Accounting, and internal teams to uphold professional conduct, drive well‑being programs, and manage employee relations, while thriving in a dynamic global company with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR.
• 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in high‑tech sectors within Australia.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Genuine interest in Meltwater's business and ability to communicate its value.
• Passion for collaborating with sales organizations and understanding compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders across Australia to drive an effective people strategy.
• Drive regional talent processes and coach managers to adopt talent frameworks.
• Implement regional HR initiatives such as Wellness, DEI, CSR, Engagement, and Hybrid Work.
