Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate globally from Australia-based role. You’ll design scalable processes, work with regional and London teams, and drive cross-functional initiatives to deliver better outcomes for customers.

You'll need a strong track record in tech, 3+ years in a similar role, and comfort with data tools (SQL, Python, Excel). This remote position offers high impact and exposure to fast-paced growth.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• A solid track record of achievement.
• Experience in a top tech company or startup with quick responsibility.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoy working with data using SQL, Python and/or Excel.
• Curiosity and desire to make an impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to build a business case.

• Build and optimise processes to support hyper-growth across markets.
• Execute and scale NZ operations with HQ on playbooks and feature integrations.
• Define prioritised projects and set timelines to reach goals quickly.
• Identify new features to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Streamline SOPs and continuously improve efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance tracking.
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate terms.
