ASC Pty Ltd is recruiting a People Reporting & Insights Analyst to join the People & Culture Systems & Data team in Australia. The role focuses on turning workforce data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and improving data quality to support leadership decisions.

The position involves working across reporting, automation and analytics initiatives with multiple data sources, and will begin at Henderson before transitioning to Perth CBD in 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, reporting or business intelligence.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience working across multiple systems and data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex information simply.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions.
