Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a strategic leader to head the People Systems & Analytics function, guiding workforce analytics, HR technology and organisational management across the business.

You will lead a specialist team, partner with People & Culture, IT and Information Management, and shape the HRIS roadmap including SAP and SuccessFactors to deliver trusted data and measurable workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading specialist teams responsible for people systems, workforce analytics, organisational management or HRIS services.
• Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, reporting enhancement and data visualisation.
• Experience developing and managing HRIS roadmaps, system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR, including HR Master Data, organisational management and position management.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and an understanding of its capability, optimisation opportunities and future potential.
• Demonstrated experience leading data migration, system implementation or HR technology transition projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across senior leadership, IT and Information Management functions.
• Experience leading and developing specialist teams focused on analytics, systems or organisational management.
